Interests

Gaming. I have loved playing games ever since I was little. I started with board games and as I got older started to favor PC games. I love team and cooperative games. I still play board games with friends whenever we get together, and play Magic the Gathering on a regular basis.

Programming. Since I started my education at the HvA I have loved programming. Whenever I think of something I would like to make, I can just make it. Every programming challenge feels like a puzzle to solve.

Sports. I like to keep my body active, as I spent a lot of my time sitting behind a PC. I play Tennis on a weekly basis and love to play a pick up game of Basketball with friends whenever possible!

Skills

Programming. Because of my study I have had to work with a bunch of different programming languages and game engines. I have a lot of experience in JavaScript, C#, Java, Unity3D and some experience in C++, HTML5, Lua, Python, Ogre3D, Irrlicht and more.

SCRUM. Every project I do at school uses SCRUM to plan and keep track of the workflow. I have worked as a member and as SCRUM master before.

Teamwork. During my studies I have done many projects with multiple programmers, I have also gained a lot of experience working with specialized game designers and artists during my internship at Tingly Games.

Learning. Because every project requires a different programming language or game engine I have become very skilled at picking up new technologies or programming langues quickly.

Languages. I can speak and write fluent Dutch, English and German.
